Visiting Mornings

Academe of the Oaks offers Visiting Mornings for all prospective students and their parents. During these sessions, prospective students will attend a Main Lesson and meet with student leaders. Their parents will have the opportunity to tour the school, visit classes, and meet with the administration and faculty. The parents will receive an overview of the curriculum and application process and are able to ask questions.

Visiting Morning Program
Prospective students and their parents gather with school administrator for refreshments and introductions. Then the morning continues as students and parents have separate programs.

For prospective students

8:45 am Coffee, juice, pastries
9:00 am Introduction to Visiting Morning (in reception area)
9:15 am Visit Main Lesson
10:00 am Meet with student leaders during break
10:20 am Tour the school
10:30 am Prospective students and parents come together for conclusion of Visiting Morning

For prospective parents

8:45 am Coffee, juice, pastries
9:00 am Introduction to Visiting Morning (in reception area)
9:15 am Administrator leads tour of several Main Lessons
9:45 am Curriculum overview, discussion of application process, Q&A session with administrator, faculty, and student leaders
10:30 am Prospective students and parents come together for conclusion of Visiting Morning
