Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues:

Want to hear about some amazing teens? The students at Academe of the Oaks are amazing. Each year, these teens complete up to 40 hours of independent community service work in order to advance toward graduation. Each class sets up and participates in additional community service projects - many built into the curriculum, connecting subjects and themes in their core classes. Finally, the entire student body participates in whole-school activities that benefit the community at large. It really is amazing!

Academe of the Oaks is Atlanta's only Waldorf high school — a place that not only emphasizes college prep academics, but that emphasizes the importance of giving to worthy causes, where our students learn that giving is integral to a whole and healthy life.

As an Academe family, my student and I are participating in the Annual Family Fundraiser for the school - and I need your help to reach our goal! Please click on the link below, and send your $25 donation - become an Academe sponsor, and tell these students that you support high school education that emphasizes doing things that are amazing in our community! The donation link will allow you to enter my name or my child's name as the student contact.

In appreciation for your support, our school will participate in an all-school "Thank You, Community!" project - the clean up of a stream in the newly acquired Little Creek Farm in DeKalb County. Our students want to thank the community at large for its support of our school - by giving back! Amazing!

Thank you for your sponsorship donation!
