B: Parent Evening For Prospective Parents

Meet the Academe faculty and learn about our curriculum and exciting programs.

Register Online for one our parent nights

It will be a very rich and informative evening.

C: Student Questionaire

Students should complete the Student Questionnaire in TADS.

Complete this form online in TADS and submit a photo-copy of an original graded and corrected English paper.

You may also bring items to the interview, or you may mail them to the school.

D: Parent Application

Create an account in TADS to access the application.

Complete the Parent Questionnaire  online in TADS.

Submit this form online with the non-refundable $75.00 application fee.

Part 2: SUBMIT ACADEMIC WORK

A: Transcripts

Download and Submit AAAIS Transcript Release Form

Sign this form and send it to the current school’s registrar.

Submit to your Registrar as soon as possible, indicating that a copy of your Official Transcript be sent to ACADEME of the OAKS. Call us if you have questions about this form.

Complete the top part of these forms.  Give the Teacher Forms (#1, #2) directly to your teachers. Give the Principal/Counselor form(#3) to your school official.  Provide envelopes addressed to:

Be certain teachers know that we must receive their recommendations as soon as possible, so that your interview can be scheduled.

Part 3: INTERVIEWS & EXAM

A: Student and Parent Interview

After receiving all of your completed application forms, we will call to schedule an interview with you and one with your parents.

We look forward to candid discussions with you and your parent(s) during the interview.

B: Student Entrance/Placement Exam

Register online for one of two dates for the onsite Entrance Exam or call to schedule your preferred date.
