We will be exploring how different skills and mechanisms aid in managing overwhelming, depression, stress, bullying, burnout, self-esteem and fear.
Learn how these skills can be integrated into our daily lives, schools and education including using food, kindness, thoughts, words, aroma therapy, movement, meditation and action for a better brain and body connection.
